Sphere or spheres of influences is a technique whereby you see yourself inside a spherical energy shell with connections attached to other spheres, the strength of the lines shows you the influence those other spheres have on you.
How to perform Sphere of InfluencesEdit
Enter a restful state, and tune yourself into other people's energy all around you, see connections coming off you and into them, as you do so, enter their sphere and see connections coming out from them and into others until, everything is connected, from sphere to sphere.
